man, its easy enough to do this move on its own to no music but it hard to put in the house flava and finesse into it when doing it to music!

Tyler,if you search youtube "basic movements hip-hop marge step" the first video up should be a guy teaching the Marge Step,which is basically the hip hop equivalent to the Farmer,except in the marge you don't stomp your foot down. I learned the Marge and it helped me get this step down really easy.

omg housing is starting to make me mad, i can not get the same look or groove as you even though i look at every step and try to do it exactly the same, i feel retarded when i do this step

i swear this move is all groove. if you do it wrong you feel like you are failing to jerk or failing to shuffle. i feel like the groove is compress/tuck when you lift, then just stand straight up when u put the foot back down
