Jordan and Clayton working on their new acroyoga sequence. Includes cartwheeling into bat, unsupported back candlestick, turntable, hangle dangle variation, reverse bird on hands, and some other random stuff. We had a few good falls which are included at the very end of the video. Enjoy!

  • Are those silks/tissu/fabrics hanging in the background? Have you done any yoga/ stretches on silks?

  • Yup! As with the acroyoga, we are teaching ourselves via youtube and by trial and error. We have started with adapted yoga poses and stretches. We are also trying to learn the basic aerial movements. Despite (or maybe because of) many years of yoga we have the grip and forearm strength of new borns, so we are still building rudimentary strength. I expect we'll post a yoga/silk video soon. Thanks for your comment.

  • Nice. ...and thanks for adding the falls, which shows that nothing is perfect.

  • Falling is half the fun! I understand why people post their best take (or edit out the falls like we did on this video), but for those of us learning via youtube, seeing the falls is important. Thanks for your comment.
