A: You can read about the composer here

This is so awesome!! Chopin was a great choice for this. Is this something you can do with any piece of music?

The input to my animation software is a score, so anything that can be turned into a score can be turned into a video.

Some of the greatest mysteries out there:
- Are we alone in the universe?
- Is there life after death?
- Why is this version of nocturne 8 the one with the most views?

1. No.
2. No.
3. Because of the animation, and because it was posted seven years ago. Certainly not because of the quality of the performance.

It's true that whether somebody is a "good musician" is a matter of opinion, but some opinions are more informed than others. If you can find me a composer who thinks that he (or she) is equal to or greater than Mozart, and you can find a lot of people who have studied music seriously who agree with that assessment, I might change my opinion. But as it stands, I think Mozart was exceptionally talented, and I don't know of a living composer who is his equal. Do you?

It's harsh to assume that a musician such as Mozart would not be as capable today. Classical music is indeed beautiful, but one must never denounce music created by modern means, which in its many forms has a special beauty of its own. Many modern musicians have had equal, or maybe even greater raw musical talent than Mozart. It was simply because Mozart had less competition and more prestige that he is more honored. Also, what makes a "good musician" is entirely matter of opinion.

Don't post your answers to question 1 and 2 with such certainty. We have absolutely no idea what the answers are to those questions, and it is wrong to assume such things.

one may be born with the ability, the potential, but that cannot be used unless one is also put in the right environment. to put an extreme twist on things, what if he'd never had the chance even to touch a musical instrument?
