@leon2427 He is making 2 sequels. Avatar 2 is set to be released in December of 2014 and Avatar 3 is set to be released in December of 2015. Although, I'm not sure how accurate that info is.

just read that james camoron had always made this film with the intention of making a sequel, hope this is true, watched avatar last night and thought it was amazing
