Not all English voice actors are like that.

...that's what they mostly are nowadays. A good sum of great English voice actors are out there. ...but they cost more to hire than the crappy ones.

English voice actors have two problems. First, they sound like theyre reading from a script. A good voice actor doesnt sound like that. Second they sound like they cant hardly believe what theyre saying. It makes the person listening feel embarrassed. Never good.
