thanks for the response...day by day i keep gradually getting better...i am curious though, when transitioning especially from I believe it is E minor ???, to D to G at the end of the riff, did you train your fingers to move or adjust to a different chord in a specified manner, so you could quickly play...i dunno if i explained myself properly...i can play it, and it is getting quicker, but i still am not up to tempo..i just have a difficult time comfortably getting into position with each chord

practice, practice, practice.

i finally got it down, but i have such a difficult time transitioning from chord to chord in a timely fashion...i guess that takes time and practice huh? and that stretch to the 4th fret is fucking tough...i got such short stubby fingers...shits challenging...only if i had skiny fingers like the majority of guitar players...

for a while i'd cheat with that transition going from the full E to maybe only having my index finger and middle finger still in place then take that extra leverage to hit that 4th fret with your pinky.
if you get that down, you can also get Best of What's Around and part in Jimi Thing down as well.

the transition from the E to the Am doesn't sound right...

might be because i was a little out of tune, but every tab i have seen has had that transition. if you can find something else, by all means, let me know!
