@MaGiKaLMin I only do pullups when I work my back-and I do back exercises once a week. So during my back workout-I will do between 25-50 pullups throughout the workout-different handgrips. :)

@c6o6c6o6 of course-just go to (and apologies up front for the way I have write this-youtube ppl are crazy and won't let me write things the way I want) demibean dot com and click "enter" then on the left side you will see "join" and you can set up a free account that way. When you do it through that website, I will automatically be assigned your coach. :)

@c6o6c6o6 Definitely! LOL I find that pullups are the ONLY thing that helps my horrid posture-and my shoulders are more defined. :)
