Interestingly the apartheid rulers in South Africa used to say the very same thing about whites and blacks. Those old Boers would say, black people in South Africa are not segregated, they simply live separately. Women’s lot in Western patriarchy may not be easy, but these men follow the same rules as any politician, blame others to avert scrutiny of problems closer to home. The sad fact is that in their reading of Islam, women are only equal to men for punishment, not for privilege.

I see where he is coming from,but he is not looking at the real issues within our communities.Why is he not talking about the responsibilities of muslim men?Yet expect us to carry the full burden.Things are not black and white!My family depends on my income,and the more these men run around and take up wives the larger my responsibility is to my younger generation.Im a super business woman just like my rolemodel Khadija may God be pleased with her!These men are too one sided, gives me a headache

Women women women that's all I hear imams preach about how about explaining how the men Muslim and nonmuslims are corrupted and stop painting women to be this corrupted creature who's corrupting others this is why I hate Muslim men and I'm a young Muslim female . I'll start making videos myself about Muslim men hopefully you guys could climb down your soap boxes open your fat ears and check yourselves for a change and stop stating as if women are the cause of your problems control your desires.
