At least one of you pig thugs, Sgt. Frank Tepper, was brought to justice by the so-called legal system! Why is the black man a "punk"? Just because he is black? It appears that the cop planted the gun; he clearly pulled it from his own pocket. Regardless, the cop committed simple and possibly aggravated assault (if blood was drawn or an injury resulted) against a handcuffed person and should be so criminally charged.
