Pay now or die now. 45k doesn't cut it, 60K more maybe, gets right down to what a human life or prolonging life is worth by/thru worthless federal reserve dollars. Life extension, prolonging life, fighting cancer,...cures the later or that old trapeze swinger reaching for the bar after doing backflips with out a net, reaching for a bar....thats just not there when there is and has been a cure for some time (sshhhh) for those who can afford it.
