My Green Spotted Puffer

My new Green Spotted Puffer fish in his temporary tank with his temporary tank mates. I got this baby at Wally World, not knowing what exactly he was. Now I learned he is a "brackish" water fish and needs a huge tank to be comfortable. So I will move him, gradually add salinity to his water and feed him a GSP-worthy diet.

my green spot would tear those little barbs apart... he gotten very mean over the years.. when Obama was elected he killed his tank mate

I have my little puffer in a 3gallon tank, believe it or not. He's just a small guy, an inch. I feed him a wide variety of food, live snails when I can. His coloration is healthy and he's not swimming into the glass bored. Don't know what I can do for him if he grows, though. :/

@hchorselover You can try burping him by holding him underwater head up and grab his tail and shake him gently underwater and hopefully the air will come out.

my gsp has inflated and is floating around at the top because he can't swim :'( would you know anyway to help him?
