Burlesque superstars, GRAVITY PLAYS FAVORITES, wow the crowd with their interpretation of 'The Final Countdown' at the April 2009 MONDO LUCHA! Variety Show in Milwaukee, WI.

The MONDO LUCHA! Variety Show invades Chicago with their Holiday spectacular "Cinco De Mondo."

Cinco De Mondo is a Mexican holiday feast of vaudevillian-style entertainment, featuring all-star attractions to excite the senses. Masked luchadores from parts unknown will display great courage and athleticism in epic, acrobatic battles in the wrestling ring. The worlds most beautiful burlesque acts including Miss Lola Van Ella and Gravity Plays Favorites will tease, titillate and amaze with seductive and artistic performances. Youll rock your socks off with special musical guest The Del Morroccos, and MONDO LUCHA's resident house band, The Suspirios. This is the total package. A gonzo variety show unlike anything you have ever seen!

MONDO LUCHA! Variety Show

MONDO LUCHA! Variety show is a live performance showcasing the art of high flying, Lucha Libre, Mexican wrestling, national touring burlesque acts, comedy, and special musical guests that have included Maritime, The Uptown Savages, Kid Millions, Clownvis Presley, The Scarring Party. Since its debut in September of 2008, the raucous extravaganza never disappoints, and it has become a truly unique, alternative variety show that has become a fan favorite when Mondo Lucha shows up in your town. www.mondolucha.com

Its the antidote of the anti-climactic. The entire show is a cavalcade of younger folks fully schooled on how to entertain. Thats what I was initially struck with, that every element of the night, be it wrestlers, burlesque dancers, the creepy Elvis Clown hybrid, Maritime all of the nights performers were focused on fun. It seemed like none of them were demanding us to except what they do as art. Though it'd be hard to deny the level of craft in these forms. -ConcertLiveWire.com April, 2009
