Going Home--Kataang

I'm finally finished! *flourish*

I know a lot of you wanted me to finish this AMV, and I wanted to finish it too, but for a long time my inspiration was gone. Then, the other day I was hit by a burst of nostalgia for Avatar (and kataang) and I resumed working on this video. And now it's done! :D

I really tried to put the depth of emotion of kataang into this AMV. Throughout the series, Aang struggles with his mistakes and his past and tries to find meaning in his life. He lost his entire home and people to the Fire Nation and now must restore peace to the world, even though he can never regain what he has lost. But he opens his heart for someone else: Katara fills in for everything he's lost, giving him hope, comfort, acceptance, and love. Despite the trials that he faces with the Avatar state, Aang chooses Katara, which turns out to not only be the path to his happiness but also to peace. He creates a new home for himself with Katara, forming an unbreakable bond built on trust, perseverance, and love.

Aaaah you sure know how to make a wonderful video. =] I'm so glad you did finish this. I only just saw your beta today, and feared you may have never finished. But I ended up finding all kinds of other videos you've made, it was so worth it! And clearly that's why not deleting a beta video is a good thing - for some reason /it/ got suggested to me instead of any of your others.

How do you make your avatar videos? is there a program that you have to download or something in order to make these? I'm just wondering because I'm not sure. oh and great job on your videos! They are all amazing!
