  • There are basically three type of kicks The long kick, the power kick and the short kick. The one he is doing is the long kick which is faster but not as powerfull. If you train in The USA most likely one train the power kick.

  • @steviewossobama oh wow thats great. Did any of u fucking retards stop and notice i didnt even insult him. All i said was his kick would be ever more powerfull than they already are if he didnt lean back, which is 100% true.

So shut ur fucking mouth. Im no pro, but do thai box. So fuck u

  • id like to see you kick that hard, youre just a fat cunt that sits on youtube and pretends hes a thai boxer, tee lak would maul you with one of those kicks.plus its good to lean back slightly. FUCK YOU MODERM101

  • power is lost. If he stayed straigh, his kicks would be even more powerful..

  • power is not lost. leaning back has its advantages and disadvantages. It puts your head farther away from your opponent, but it also makes it harder/slower to follow up with successive attacks.

  • he leans back when he kicks... all his power is lost..

  • I'm very lucky to be able to train with him every Monday. He's awesome to learn from. Always pushes us so hard in the ring, and with his drills. Funny, though, he's so softly spoken, and encouraging, he really believes in each and every one of his students.

  • Just saw this video - it's awesome, thanks! Tee Lek is teaching in HK now. He's an awesome trainer and very humbling to spar with.
