Uhh you obviously don't know Chicago. Most crime occurs in white dominated areas (Logan Square, Jefferson Park, and Albany Park) the media just likes to have over report violence in black communities believe me son.

i notice ppl like the so called elitein power n controllers of things embedded this way of thinkin to its own (jus patch it up), where a new suit dont clean it up jus destroy it n rebuild it instead of asking the ? n askin how to clean it up n to keep it away from messin it up again or gettin caught up. ex:.. if u take a bath, n later on u smell dirty u will spray urself to smell clean instead of taking another bath. That means patchin it up n not cleansin..
