@mymisterworkout Totally agree. Guys like Rob Riches and Greg Plitt train hard and eat well. They only weigh about 200lbs unlike most pro bodybuilders who are on the 'juice'.
The people who are quick to say "ROIDS," obviously don't know what hard work results to. And the idiots who say the fly is not a good movement, are obviously inexperienced.
@schmatever ...if he was on roids his muscles would expand twice as much when he works out... and dumbell flys are one of the most healthy chest exercises out there
