what kind of prop did you use?

I'm in Texas. Yeah, I'd love to buy your plane, but I would just need the airframe and servos, maybe the receiver if it's Spectrum. I'm thinking about a Perry pump. more RPM and fewer dead sticks I'm told. I've just about had it with four strokes, though I love the sound and the torque.

I must have one of these planes. I have the OS 160 ready to go, never seen fuel. I have a 40 size of this plane with an OS 91 four stroke and I love it. Flies well for its size. I want flat inverted spins and knife edge loops and harriers and..."you'll get nothing and like it"...

well, I now have a Gene Soucy of my own, but I'm thinking about switching my OS 160 for a DLE 30 gasser. I just haven't been able to determine whether it will perform as well, or perhaps even better than the OS. Do you have an opinion?

I think wither would be good. I don't know a lot about the DLE 30, but I do have to say I am pretty happey with the 160. Good luck....let me know.

ohh nice dead stick I assume, didn't hear any wood cracking. I've had several of those lately, first the muffler vibrated loose on the nut near the engine, then the back pressure nipple vibrated out and had to be JB welded. Now the muffler itself vibrated straight out against the thread. It was only held inside the cowl by the welded nipple still hooked up to the hose. geezus, the vibrations of satan..

Yep, no damage. Very nice plane....too bad you are not from around here ( I assume), I have a new child on the way and will probably be selling this bird, even though I really hate to.
