"In the award-winning documentary Children Full of Life, a fourth-grade class in a primary school in Kanazawa, northwest of Tokyo, learn lessons about compassion from their homeroom teacher, Toshiro Kanamori. He instructs each to write their true inner feelings in a letter, and read it aloud in front of the class. • Suggest to watch this series as an indication of how it is in fact possible to, simply by dedicating oneself to the principle of what is best for all, assist and support children to become self-directed, self-honest human beings that take self-responsibility for themselves, each other and the world they live in. That is the beginning of a new world on earth. Investigate an Equal Money System to give children an opportunity to grow up in an environment with adults such as this teacher.

  • cool how they've been raised in an atmosphere where they can be so open at such a young age to tell each other about such personal things and how they feel about one another. at my school at that age if we had to write something like that, personally my friends and I would joke around and be like "lol feelings and shit, thats gay" and wouldnt be able to openly express our feelings seriously

  • This has to be one of the best documentaries I have ever watched. It has completely changed my outlook on life.

  • @bamba1991 The U.S. still uses chimps in cruel lab experiments. Chimps are probably the 2nd most intelligent species on earth, they are our closest relatives and they are self aware, but that doesn't stop us. Animal cruelty is a problem in many countries, not just Japan.

  • @DistortedV12 Ominous? As in menacing, sinister or threatening? Are you sure you are using the right word?

  • made me cry...i should not be in this youtube section..

  • it made me cry when the little girl talked about her dad,i think this really helped me with what i want to major in when i get in college

  • @FinalFantasyLover14 I'm 7 years your senior and I can barely see what I'm typing because of the tears. It's really quite beautiful that humanity can still be... well... human!

I think we've lost touch with our humanity in North America, and stuff like this reminds us of who we all really are.

  • Dammit I'n a 17 year old almost man and I'm crying...Why the hell can't I hold back my damn tears? It's just so embarrassing man...

But this documentation is wonderful anways

  • 3 words : creativity...,unity...,humanity... !

  • These kids know more about pride and solidarity then the most grown up people i met.

  • The boys looks so happy when his teacher tells him he helped the little girl with his letter! I would do that if I were a teacher!
