@tscholent No you WILL NOT need to get out a ladder to "REMOVE THE WET MUCK" if you are using the adequate size wet/dry vac it will LITERALLY VACUUM OUT ALL WET AND DRY MUCK at the same time. Obviously you have never tried our product or you would have known not to make such a statement! I encourage you to go to our web page under Testimonials/Contacts and read the unsolicited, unabridged comments for the many, many satisfied customer all over the USA, Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii.
its ok for the dry stuff but for some of the wet muck their isn't many short cuts...you'll still have to get your b... up there and remove it by hand, water, blower etc. ...the biggest problem is actually rarely mentioned and that is the type of ladder people are using...anything short of a ORCHARD LADDER is asking for disability comp...
It is clearly stated on website the size vac hose required. Adapters for smaller hoses would clog. Sear's tool is NOT THE SAME TOOL as it comes in 4-pcs that come apart & is made for "blowing." It requires the same size vac hose as our tool. We bought this tool prior to inventing our tool. Our return policy is clearly stated for review prior to purchase. Returns for other than defective tools are open for negotiation. We have a quality product & excellent customer service. GOD BLESS TO ALL
I bought this on sale for $29.99 + $10.99 S&H. Had I found it first at Sears I would have paid $19.98 for the same tool.
As it turns out, the hose that fits into my wet-vac vacuum is the same size as the cleaning tool but the other end of my vacuum hose is smaller. The cleaner tool didn't come with any adapters or attachments. Now, I must buy either or both. I would check at Sears before investing in this product. No returns on this product unless it's defective.
