The first time I heard this song in HMV..I could swear it was an old grateful Dead tune I hadn't come across yet. Excellent song..it's good to see someone is still making some quality music theses days!!

I don't know if its just me... but i hear The Band's influence in a lot of music coming out these days. not that its a bad thing.

Just so happens that The Band is my favorite classic rock and MMJ (Jim James) is my favorite current band.

Weird, I haven't noticed that. The band is folk influenced classic rock with a country twist at times. I don't hear alot of that in here, but to each his own.
I guess this sounds influenced by grateful dead, who were influenced by the band. But folk rock always sounds a little alike.
