Ivy *is* Marilyn Monroe.

Nothing about their voices, they're both phenomenal. But Ivy DESERVED Marilyn more. I would commit suicide a couple times too if someone would get the dream role so easily.

after seing the season one finale I knew I loved Karen as Marilyn. It doesnt matter if she doesnt have enough curves or doesnt look like Marilyn--She sings beautifully and I think she brought Bombshell to life!

I wrote that comment four months ago, before the second season even started. I wrote it based on the Ivy from the first season. We clearly had different interpretations of her character.

During the second season that was revealed more. I posted this comment after only watching the first season where ivy was extremely cunning and manipulative. I hate that they played her out to be the "bad guy" when she isn't at all. Now during the second season when her character is more likable you want her to succeed and be marilyn, but in the first season; the writers wrote her to be less likeable
