I absolutely love this routine! My class would love it! I'm new at teaching, so i'm searching for warm-up and cool-down routines to pop music to incorporate! I'm looking forward to seeing more of your routines!!! :)

This is a fantastic warm up because I know my class will be able to follow it. The other one that is going around on youtube is more complex and it would take my class awhile to get it down. I like this one. It's simple, fun and serves the purpose of the warm up. Perfect. I hope you will continue to post more!
