Excerpt from the sermon, "Wake Up, America!" preached at Faithful Word Baptist Church - independent fundamental baptist preaching King James Bible only soul-winning sermons, preaching.

This is an excerpt from a sermon that helps show the hellavision or television is of the devil. It's amazing that many Independent Baptist Pastors will preach against the movie theater but have no problem with renting a movie at blockbuster. They will preach against some television shows but shows like the Andy Griffith Show will be praised behind the pulpit.

1 John 2:15-16 "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world."

The Bible tells us not to love the world. The television and movies are of the world. In the Andy Griffith Show a queer, Gomer Pile, is one of the lead characters. People on the show will kiss people they aren't married to in real life. These shows also make people think it's ok for a household to be raised by a single parent. In the Andy Griffith Show they make a mockery out of being drunk. The one character in the show is always walking around drunk & they laugh about it like it's no big deal.

Also in the future, when you want to make a point, don't SCREAM and yell so loud that you sound like a lunatic. This act isn't going to get you anywhere, except maybe in an asylum/psychiatric hospital. You need to stop looking at the evil in everything and see the good. Not EVERYTHING in movies/tv is bad. You have to realize that. There's no need for you to get up on your silly podium and scream at the top of your lungs.

Funny how someone who is "so against" the world, television, and movies, seems to know a lot of movie and television titles. What a hypocrite! It's no coincidence you know all these titles! And if you're so against the world, why do you have the internet? Isn't the internet part of the world too? HUH cause of all the "porn" out there? Oh but wait you avoid it right, and keep away from it right? Well thats what PEOPLE do with tv, we keep away from the bad stuff.

It is obvious you are now just stringing words together with no regard as to whether or not you are making sense. You could only (barely) attack emotivism by begging the question.

This is remarkably similar to what you get in church, a moron reads the bible and then babbles off a hodge-podge of verses to express a poor argument in favor of some point. You are attempting the same thing with words like "finite" and "justified" which you probably think make you look smart.
