@ICEcoolGamerz Fallout 2 came out in 1998 and was made by Interplay. Interplay went bankrupt and Bethesda purchased the rights to the fallout series and came out with Fallout 3.

How do you make your game look different, like with the belt on either side of the HUD and able to see the world while your talking?

@XxTheGreatBlakexX I used the HighRes Patch and sFall to window it. You can probably use either one to get it to look like that.
