wtf he has the rights to remain silents he dont got the rights to stand there and take some cheap shot from a soz hard cop there was no need for that infact that cop should be sacked for all he knows the guy could be mentally ill or dissabled and what ever and the cop could of chocked him to death with that shot so is this how they work in vegas then well it puts me off from goin there any time soon

nah..They train them in this kind of takedown. If you don't listen to a cop and you keep your hands in your pockets after a few commands you deserve at least the taser, if not a bullet. If i had to choose i'd definitely go with the small chance of a hurt neck instead of a freaking taser or pepper spray. That kind of a takedown actually doesn't exert as much force as it seems from the video because of the center of gravity shifting when you get them in the neck(chin goes down=leaning forward)
