Using frozen bananas which got too ripe for banana bread. Adding the baking powder to the bananas like MJ does. So easy.

  • Dearest Nancy for the moistest most delicious sweet fruit bread, use half mashed bananas, and half frozen and thawed then mashed strawberries ( freezing and thawing releases the juices and natural sugars in the strawberries, and concentrates flavor) in your recipie. For example if it calls for 4 cups mashed bananas use 2C mashed nanas, and 2C prepared as above strawberries, It is just the best ever. It was a expieriment when I didn't have enough nanas and boy am I glad I didn't.

  • @Oreocremerocks Wow, that sounds wonderful. Trouble is, bananas are dirt cheap and strawberries aren't!
