  • its not a crane its a material handler or excavator

  • @rollinlowford

I grew up around cranes which my dad operated since the '60s and I have been operating cranes for the past 11 years. This is NOT a crane. It doesn't telescope the boom and there is no winch. It is a excavator. The manufacture can "register" it has a crane but it could be register as a excavator. Register it under machinery would also cover it.
