@MrJudgekongo187 You may have to move it around a little bit, but they should line up for you.

@MrJudgekongo187 I can't seem to get the motor teeth to align together with the window regulator.

great video, I just had to see how to replace my window motor. Great prices on window motors and shipping!!!

@MADIandSID22 You may want to test the switch with a test light to see if it has current coming out of it when pressed in the upward direction. If it doesn't and the switch has power to it, then the switch is bad.

What is the name of the black portion that has the 3 clips as part of it that the motor pops into? I have seen and worked on many of these vans, montana, vebture etc and the tabs are busted. I cant seem to find listing on parts dealer and indy online. I dont want to bother a dealership if i dont have to. Thanks!

thanks so much for the video. Question: why is it necessary to unclip the window and raise it up before proceeding to unclipping the spring?
Hey Mike, Thanks for all your videos!! We have my late moms 2000 Chevy Venture and have had nothing but problems with it. The window regulator was bent we rebent it back and put it back in the window track. It seems to still be stopping mid way and slightly off track and have to pull up on the window to get it to close. Is this a motor or regulator problem? Can we buy the parts thru you? Thank you so much for your informative videos!

@gdimes1 If the window regulator track is bent it could cause these problems. We sell regulators for your vehicle on our website. Here's a link to that location on the site for you.

@1aauto Thank you, we have replaced the regulator and motor, as i type. However the problem stills exsists. The window is still bogging down, even with the new motor. My husband hates to work on cars and I thought this was excellant to have for his aid. What now???

@gdimes1 You may want to see if anything else is out of place such as the window sweeps that wipe the dew off of the window when it rolls down. You could try spraying all of the weatherstrip seals around the window with some silicone spray to see if it glides better.
