It ceases to amaze me how far modern technology has come in such a short time. I say that thinking back to the days when the internet was all text in tree format connected to our phone lines. It seems like it was only yesterday even though it has been decades. I remember being in awe when I saw my 1st color graphic on my old computer, when yahoo was maybe a few hundred pages deep, when the domain name craze took off. If only it were like it is today when I was a teen
Now we are in IE 9 beta version but the new firefox and google Crome supports HTML 5 and CSS 3. But it's not fully used yet maybe one or two more years.
I'm totally agree, is not the tecnology that isn't ready, but the users. Now we have firefox 3.6, but my point is that technology comes very fast and soon it will support Html 5 fully, but it is just like you said, most of the users browse with IE and they have to make the change to a browser tha supports Html 5 or wait for IE to be ready.
