  • @1975josie indexfinger on top of blade is a pretty common grip for asian cooks

  • the balance is bullshit. japanese knifes for example ARE MADE in the way that the balance point is not between the blade and grip, but more in the blade. if such a knife falls it will fall with the blade on the bottom.

    so, would somebody say japanese knifes are bad, because they have a "wrong" balance?

  • this should not be watched by anybody trying to learn how to use a knife

  • at least she's in a kitchen!
