  • your ignorance amazes me. We are chinese, and we are very proud, nobody can take that away from us, and the last thing we would want to be is something like you, so go fuck yoruself. CHINESE PRIDE FOREVER!!!

  • Liu Xiang is a Bruce Lee on track and field. He made more money in a year than Bruce Lee did in a lifetime. His success has something to do with the rapidly growing Chinese economy in which the Chinese eat well and think smart. At this rate, there is no doubt China will dominate the entire world like US did in the 20th century and UK in 19th century. ☆☆☆☆☆

  • liu XIang is having weird dreams with DAYRON ROBLES, he cries sometimes too, because he knows he is not the best, even being part of a BIG big GROUP of people.

china U better START looking for someone now, It may take time. 110 m/w /o

    Fans are waiting.

  • Liu Xiang won the gold at the Asian games a few months ago. End of a myth? No, because he was never a myth to begin with =)

  • injurys cant be faked, not with modern xrays. its possible he got injured on purpose though.

  • awesome accent!

  • Are you claiming that the Chinese are weak for getting injured? I assure you, EVERY athlete gets injured, or they will soon. Great athletes come from EVERY nationality.

There is no myth here. He was a great hurdler, and he will continue to be one. And that is what makes it so spectacular; the incredible risks, and the people willing to risk it all. I myself am Chinese, I run varsity cross country, play varsity tennis, and I am proud of what I do.

  • I hear he's healthy again and running well. I saw him get injured in the 2008 games and it was heartbreaking to see him have to pull out of that race. Even though I'm from the states I still want him to back and win it all...Cheers.
