One of the best versions ever. this one from Patsy Cline and the one from Mahalia Jackson can't be beat. God loves us and wants us in Heaven with him. Jesus gave his life so that we can be forgiven of our sins and live in Heaven for eternity. Please accept Jesus into your hearts and live for and love God and have Heaven as your home eternal. @StrumstickJoe: Jesus came, paid the price for the idoltry Adam and Eve thrust upon the earth, choseing to live outside of God's will. No eternal salvation from the sins of idoltry, no light on earth, no power of the Holy spirit, to help find our way back to the grace of the Father, who gave us breath, life, and LOVE.
God knew and Loved us, but we did not know Him. We have little time to surender our Lives to Jesus, to be ready to go with Him.
Evil will be swept away, befor he returns.

i really love these old songs. they were my first exposure to music and while i havent really done anything in this direction in my musical life to this point, i believe that i'm going to put together a 12 song set and play around at the local churches. it ought to be fun. god willing
