Just try it It's fun even though their not the prettiest fish you have to be able to hit your mark on your cast.

@NathanCollie From what I understand turd immitations work well. Where I come from, carp are commonly referred to as "sewer bass". However, in all seriousness, I hear crawdad imitations and aquatic insect immitations like hellgramites will do the trick..
