  • It took awhile for me to get the tools I needed. LOL!

  • why do you have to wait so long for it? is that what bakerys do wait aswell?

  • For "regular" bread dough waiting is unnecessary. The "waiting" is what gives the mix time to ferment (sour) to get the results that's given "sour dough" its name.

    For regular dough, mix in warm liquid, and proceed with your bread recipe.
