Thank you so much Mike. I think the actual success to anything! is understanding it's mechanism or technique, so I'm heading to Yoga class today with a wealth of info of how to star conditioning for my handstand...I get it now!

the hardest part of anyhand stand is trsting your arms. if you dont trust your arms, your wont trust your core, or your legs to move the way you want them to.
when u stand normaly, standing is from the bottom up, legs come first holding u and evrything else. when u do a handstand same thing; start with your hands. stronger your arms, stronger your handstand. dont waste ur time doing ab workouts, it makes u tighter, arms arms arms.
