While talking to an all white crowd Santorum said: I don't want to make black peoples lives better by giving them somebody else's money. Are blacks the only ones receiving entitlement benefits, (welfare, food stamps etc.)?

@ChompGa That is interesting that you hear "a lot" instead of "black" there. You can clearly hear him pronounce the "bl" sound in black. I don't care what political stance you have, that is basic English.

@activistausa-sorry to say this, but it's not racist if it's true. A vast majority of the people on the welfare program are black or some other minority. IT'S TRUE. What Rick is saying is that he wants to give oppurtunites to those, of any color, that are on welfare, to be able to move beyond the need of gov't assistance.

How in the hell is wanting to get people out of the welfare system a racist statement? It's not racist if it's true. He wants to stop giving them free, tax payer money, and wants them to rise up out of the ghetto, and make themselves better by their own merit. What is so wrong about that?
