Pubcon 2009: Vanessa Fox on Google Caffeine

At Pubcon 2009, NVI also had a chance to catch up with Vanessa Fox. Vanessa is most well known for launching Google Webmaster Central, but she has since moved on to found Nine By Blue, a company that looks at overall customer acquisition and engagement for businesses operating online.

We sat down with Vanessa to discuss recent developments in the industry and Google Caffeine. Vanessa sees Google Caffeine as a natural development in search to address how social media has shaped the way content is created and made more relevant.
