Why is this "expert" using disposable baking pans? And to avoid the cake getting stuck, just use enough shortening, it works for me everytime, and I make big wedding cakes.

Instead of using backing paper use margin and flour, all around what ur baking in, baking paper never works. and then shake your pan to get the air bubbles out, works great every time.

NO... wax paper will get all gross and ugly if you bake with it... wax paper is lined with wax... and its exactly that if you heat it up. the wax will melt. so yea don't do that. bad idea.
