Its a bit complicated, there are a number of factors involved. To begin with Sanger is one of the most hotblooded characters ever created as are his mechs, and the numerous feats of awesome that he has accomplished, from cleaving entire armies in one stroke, to Riding another real man and remaining straight. But more importantly he does count as a swordsman since his mechs all use a combat system similar to those of the G Gundam Universe, ergo all of his feats come from his sword expertise.

I compared this attack to Zengar (version Alpha 3/OG2 in particular) because of the animation style. Not to mention this game was published by Banpresto.
