MMA The Hard Way - Reign Training Center

MMA The Hard Way visited Reign Training Center in Lake Forest California in an effort to find out how professional Mixed Martial Arts fighters get to be so good. What followed was a rare meeting of Alliance Training Center, Kings MMA, and many other MMA fighters from all around.

Featured in this episode are Mark Munoz, Krzysztof Soszynski, Phil Davis, Fabricio Werdum, Travis Browne, Jay Silva, Alexander Gustafsson, Jessica Penne, Erin Beach, and many other professional and amateur MMA Fighters.

We also get to see rare footage of the Strength and Conditioning drills that Jake Ellenberger had to go through during his preparation for his fight at UFC126.

Anyone that knows most of the guys in that video knows that they have all been winning their fights. We filmed for several hours over a couple of days. Sometimes they are working on technique and not speed.
