Final Fantasy, Zack & Aerith - Whiskey Lullaby

I found myself crying at this song so I had to make an AMV out of it.

It's just a side project, not my best work but it keeps me happy.
And if the AC bit is messy it's 'cuz my DVD was acting up and would'nt work on my computer... thats why Cloud keeps popping up...

p.s does anyone know why they changed Aeris to Aerith?

When Final Fantasy VII came out for PlayStation she was called Aeris but for some reason they renamed her Aerith~

I still will always call her Aeris... I like it better.

actually Aerith's original Japanese name is エアリス Earisu, pronounced [eaɽisu̥] This has been transliterated to "Aeris" in Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy Tactics, but later as "Aerith". Both transliterations have basis, as the Japanese "su" (ス) is used when transcribing "s" (/s/) and "th" (/θ/) to Japanese. However, official Japanese material uses the spelling "Aerith", and developers have stated that "Aerith" is a near-anagram of "Earth".

Just wow...Even though there wasn't any better way to represent their ends in the song, you managed to pull off and I applaud you for that...I love what you did. Anytime I listen to this song, because I'm an odd ball...I imagine this being done as some kind of Cosplay vid where Irvine sings Brad Paisley's part and then Qutisis or Selphie does Allison Kraus' part and the lost people would Squall and Rinoa...but just well done is all I can say w/o rambling on and on XP

To answer why they changed Aries name to Aerith is because when they translated the names back when they first made FF7 they had not been very good at translating. The real name is Aerith not Aries. Most likely they found out that they had made the mistake after letting out ff7 so they fixed it in Kingdom Hearts and every other game that says her name
