theres nothig cool about these lames fuck the LAPD they are slow as fuck .out of breath when theyre chasing a 13 year old. the amount of time i have been chased by them unbelivable, i graffiti alot so i come across them once every 1month and i out run them every time.. "Hey come here!" -running- 1 or 2 min later they are no where to be found slow fuckers and they give up easily to. and sometime they just drive past.
