Elizabeth Scharpf, founder of Sustainable Health Enterprises (SHE), shares her start-up organizations plan with Dowser - to create low-cost sanitary napkins for women in Rwanda and eventually in other countries, and to establish women-owned and operated local businesses to manufacture the products.
