oooooohhh, i get tears listening to that gem "what are you doing sunday" after so many years. i remember back in 1971 a local band (Skylarks) in Bombay performed in my college and belted out this song and they were so true to the original, and the mood so irresistible, that i dumped all my shyness and took to burning the dance floor ..... lovely :)
Back my memories when we stop to take our provision at Ceuta, Spain on our sailing from the Black sea to Bombay ,India. We can hear Tony Orlando and Dawn's song at the Port from a nearby plaza. These two songs(Candida, and Knock Three times) were played in full volume,....we all enjoyed listening into it. Thanks for posting/sharing .
"What Are You Doing Sunday?" was one of Dawn's few songs during the early '70s that *wasn't* a big top-ten hit for them (it actually barely cracked the top 40, only reaching #39), but it was actually always one of my favorite of their songs.
Love this group~~~~

Cool. When the whole group was called DAWN. No slick image yet. No TV sets designed with oak trees and yellow ribbons yet. Cool!
