My cat does this too it's just stress and anxiety . Usually pop music brings him back to normal . It's normal for a cat to do that in a car ride.

thanks for the concern, but marco is a healthy and happy 13.5 year old. actually, he had his first human-like cold ever this week with the sneezing and stuffy nose, but he's getting over it.
