  • You should never keep any type of fungi in a plastic bag even for a short period of time.  Even edible mushrooms can go toxic in plastic bags.

  • @hobbexp. Fredde, do you find it time consuming to clean the chanterelles? Also, when you freeze these mushrooms, do you saute them first?
