DAOC - Tyfudd's tribute to Granarc

Granarc was leader of the guild Vae Victis in DAOC on the Guinevere server's hibernia realm. He died of cancer, and over 1000 players attended his in-game memorial. He was an awesome player and an awesome guy, former marine and natural leader. We miss you, poobah.

I remember when he gave me the name Guttersnipe, our only duel, where he said I gave him the reason to fear Nightshades, and his cool confidence in my ability to clear keeps' ramparts of Alb/Mid vermin. He made me a proud soldier. I will always remember him!

Very nice - I remember being there for the 3 realm memorial. He was just one of those guys when you saw it in realm chat you knew there was some big action afoot - relic raids the most memorable. I remember some the Vae Victis opponents too. Nice you saved some old footage-yeah song is nice touch

Yeah, Myself, Granarc and Talic started Vae Victis and it grew larger then we ever expected. Was just talking about it in a new game and had to reminisce
