Laura Prepon and Paul Haggis both escaped. Jason Beghe, as mentioned, also escaped, and he is pretty bitter about it, as he describes it, literally, as a black hole, that nobody, including himself, will ever reach OT 10, and nobody will ever be totally "Clear". He reached it two or three times, but he never reached entirely 'Clear'.

Notice David doesn't first proclaim the IRS as giving Scientology all benefits related to being a true religion. He states; "On October 21, 1993, the IRS has issues letters recognizing Scientology and everyone of it's organizations as fully tax exempt!" ...If I were speaking 'for' my religion, I would have only stated that recognition, as the tax exempt would be secondary in my view.
