Should Christmas be condemned because of its "pagan origins"? This video shows how foolish and silly it is to condemn Christmas because of its 'pagan origins' for we all have pagan origins, even the Jews. It also shows that God is not concerned about our pagan past, but the future, as we see in Phil. 3:13.
Christmas is a phenomenon caused by the message of Jesus' birth for it is associated with a spirit of GREAT JOY & came TO ALL PEOPLE. So it is to this day hence the worldwide celebrations. The Christmas spirit of joy is of God & not Satan as some want us to believe.
When Jesus was born Heaven celebrated. God sent down a multitude of angels with the message of great joy to all people. The angels celebrated, the shepherds & the wise men too.
We are free to celebrate Christmas according to Romans chapter 14, & the Jews' example in Esther chapter 9. Jeremiah 10 is not about a Christmas tree but a GRAVEN IMAGE as we see in verse 14. Christmas trees don't wear "CLOTHING" as we see in verse 9. The sign of heaven in Jer.10:2 are the sun, moon & stars that pagans also worshipped. see Genesis 1:14. Be not deceived.
@ST8URCASE Do you know that without the VIRGIN BIRTH of Jesus His death would have been in vain ? For He would have had HUMAN BLOOD & that cannot wash away sin. True, paganism is against God, that's why Jesus was born.

@SRamdhani1 Jesus Christ's death saved you.sin is sin and that doesnt matter what your heart tries to tell you.paganaism is against God and there arent enough lies to change that.

@ST8URCASE What the video is saying is, it is hypocritical to condemn Christmas because of its "pagan origins" & not ourselves because we all have pagan origins even the Jews. True, we don't have to remain in sin. That's why we celebrate Jesus' birth. Because of it we no longer have to be pagans & live in sin. One man's celebration can be paganism & another holy, it depends on what's in his heart & only God can see that hence His warnings in Rom.14 not to judge His people who do.
