Jhonny of Auroville with his ST-5 Stirling Engine!

The great Jhonny of Auroville shows how to make 'dosa' batter using renewable energy. he burns biomass, heats up a Stirling engine, the great and veteran ST-5 engine, and makes it grind and crush batter used for making the south Indian staple, the famous DOSA!! He runs the engine every Saturday to make free Lunch for any and all visitors on Sunday. Great Man, Great engine.

I wish this was a better quality video since this is really a very cool demo of a great engine. It's so neat to see it still in use in a real situation, even after 25 years or so. There can't be many of these left that are still running. Thanks for posting this!
